XPass Q2

The Suprema XPass Q2 is an intelligent QR, barcode, RFID and mobile credential access reader designed for high-traffic entrances in corporate offices, commercial buildings, visitor-management areas, educational facilities and enterprise security environments. It supports up to 200,000 users/card credentials and 1,000,000 event logs, while its dedicated QR imaging system enables fast scanning from approximately 5–15 cm and is designed to handle around 30 people per minute in suitable conditions. XPass Q2 supports multiple credential technologies including 125 kHz EM, MIFARE, MIFARE Plus, DESFire EV1/EV2/EV3, FeliCa, NFC and Bluetooth Low Energy mobile credentials. Standard QR authentication is supported, while an optional Camera QR license enables additional barcode formats including DataMatrix, Aztec, Micro QR, PDF417, Code39, Code128, UPC and EAN formats, making the reader particularly suitable for visitor access, event ticketing and temporary credential applications.For professional access-control integration, the XPass Q2 provides 10/100 Ethernet, RS-485 with OSDP V2 compliance, selectable Wiegand input/output, three input channels and an integrated relay output, allowing it to work with door locks, exit buttons, door sensors and centralized security controllers.
